And Just Like That is well-liked television series in the comedy-drama genre which is created by Micheal Patrick. It’s a sequel to the HBO television series Sex and the City which was created by Darren Star. The star cast of And Just Like That are Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, Mario Cantone, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Sarita Choudhury in the lead roles.
The plot is set around three women Miranda, Charlotte, and Carrie the women of Sex and the City set in their life from carefree and friendships in their 30s which were become complicated in their 50s.
Charlotte’s Story in And Just Like That Season 2
As per Collider, Charlotte’s storyline was weak and not convincing to the audience were the creators of the show are confused about Charlotte’s storyline in season 2. The other character’s storylines such as Miranda and Carrie are better than Charlotte’s.
The viewers of the show are not satisfied with Charlotte’s narrative and also not given that much attention to her children Rock and Lily in comparison to season 1 where Henry raised them much but their emotional bond with both parents showed less as compared to season 1.
And Just Like That Season 2 Audience and Critics Review
And Just Like That Season 2 has gotten mixed responses from the audience and critics. According to The Guardian, it will not revive the essence of Sex and The City which has no match from the original series such as Sex and The City.
