Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’ is said to be the supposed finale of the series starring Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt. Dead Reckoning Part One and Two is likely to be the last of Tom Cruise in the franchise as the actor is yet to confirm his future in the Mission: Impossible Franchise. 

‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’ is the seventh installment of the film. Tom Cruise reprises his role as Ethan Hunt alongside Hayley Atwell, Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Pegg, Esai Morales, Ving Rhames, and Vanessa Kirby.

 In the movie, Ethan and his IMF (Impossible Mission Force) Team are back again and this time they have to stop Gabriel, an International terrorist from getting his hands on a weapon cable of Global Destruction. The chances of Ethan and his team ending up saving the day is likely, but at what cost?

‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two’ Release Date

Director Christopher McQuarrie will also be directing part 2 of the movie. The Eighth installment of the franchise is set to be released on June 28, 2024. Christopher McQuarrie has confirmed that Dead Reckoning will not be the finale of the franchise and that he is already in talks with Paramount Pictures for future projects.

‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two’ What to Expect?

No official synopsis for part 8 of the Mission: Impossible Franchise is here yet. Based on the storyline of the 7th movie, it is unsure whether Esai Morales’ Gabriel will be the antagonist in the sequel.

Tom Cruise who has been playing Ethan Hunt for nearly 2 decades, will reprise his role in the 8th and possibly his final installment of the movie. Veterans Ving Rhames and Simon Pegg will also be part of the ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two’ along with Rebecca Ferguson.

Production for Part Two is yet to begin, but we can expect most of the cast and crew from Part One to continue. ‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’ is all set to release in theaters on July 12, 2023.
