Ginny and Georgia: When will season 2 start?
There is still no official start date for “Ginny and Georgia” season 2. Filming was already completed at the end of April 2022 and the series has been in post-production since then. Now series creator Debra J Fisher has given an honest, yet promising update on the sequel’s whereabouts via social media app TikTok.
In the short video, Fisher addresses the question of when Season 2 will start. According to the executive producer, work on the season is now nearly complete. However, Netflix still needs to make the soundtracks for the various languages.
This project will still take a few weeks. Debra J Fisher assumes that we can expect the new episodes “mid to late December at the earliest”, as she notes in a comment under her video.

Although filming is already complete, there is no trailer yet. This is nothing unusual at Netflix. The streamer usually releases trailers just before the start of new episodes.

It can be assumed that more will be revealed about Georgia’s past in the upcoming season. Especially Ginny’s dad will play a bigger role. The cast of the dramedy series is unlikely to change much in season 2. Thus, the main focus will continue to be on Georgia Miller actress Brianne Howey, as well as Ginny Miller actress Antonia Gentry.
