The opening song of the sequel is titled RED and comes from the Japanese metal band SiM, who have already contributed the songs The Rumbling to Attack on Titan: Final Season and EXiSTENCE to Rage of Bahamut: Genesis. Yasuharu Takanashi (Record of Ragnarok) is responsible for the musical accompaniment of the individual episodes.
The original manga series was written by Yabako Sandrovich and Daromeon and was published in Ura Sunday magazine from April 2012 to August 2018. The publishing house Shogakukan brought a total of 27 volumes to the Japanese trade.

Unfortunately, we have some sad news to share as well. Keiji Fujiwara, who voiced Niko Tokita, Ohma’s surrogate father and mentor, passed away in April 2020 due to cancer. He was a legendary voice actor who also voiced characters like Maes Hughes in Fullmetal Alchemist, Leorio in Hunter x Hunter, Reno in Final Fantasy VII Remake, and many more. We express our deepest condolences to his family and friends. Another voice actor will replace his role in Kengan Ashura season 3.
