What is the plot of The Witcher?
Season 1– Geralt, who is a demon hunter tries to find a girl name Yennifer from Vengerberg, and with her help of her he can protect a girl who is his daughter Ciri from dark magic and demons. The story goes through parallel lines between Yennifer, Geralt, and Ciri.
Season 2– Yennifer loses her powers and tries to find Geralt about a prophecy. In finding ways to get her powers back and her desire to have kids, she finds various ways even if it means losing her life. Ciri is trained by The Witchers to become independent. Something from the past haunts her and prophesy is revealed.
Season 3– the story is kept in wraps but it is going to central around Geralt and Yennifer and how Ciri finds ways to control her power and protect herself.
Is Henry Canvill back as The Witcher?
Yes, the actor is leaving the series after season 3. The actor will leave the series but his character will be taken up by Liam Hemsworth. The actor Henry Canvill posted a story saying- “My journey as Geralt of Rivia has been filled with both monsters and adventures and alas, I will be laying down my medallion and my swords for Season Four,” Cavill wrote. “As with the greatest of literary characters, I pass the torch with reverence for the time spent embodying Geralt and enthusiasm to see Liam’s take on this most fascinating and nuanced of men.
